However, the survey showed that about 80 percent of 1.004 participants admit lack of knowledge relating to systems and are a little familiar with its structures. Despite the contribution expected the good will is, for a modern health care to pay.
Compared to the East Germans, who believe that everyone gets the same chance on medical care and it is accordingly fundable, the respondents from the old Federal States held such changes for desirable, but not feasible. The desire is generally loud to get more opportunities to medical innovations. As long as treatment is backed up by effective and innovative standards, would be the willingness to increased monetary inventories.
The researcher pharmaceutical manufacturers Association stressed the need of two possible steps to a fair health system, which could be done in the near future: on the one hand medical progress to ensure by a cost benefit assessment of medicinal products for all citizens. On the other hand called the Association for the abolition of economic requirements, which prevents the prescription of latest preparations for heartburn and thus the desired innovation for the most part. Cost control of drugs is to play a central role in an improved system in addition to the interest of the patient and treatment success in the future.
