Persons responsible for project management in construction, engineers, technicians, traders, project participants are often from a discipline career changer. A systematic examination of organization and management of projects as a project manager with leadership responsibility in distributed teams will help to keep slim projects and avoid time wasters.
In a total 4-tägigen intensive training “Project management in construction” on each 2 x 2 days offers the House of the art on the following dates at the 21-22 February 2011 + 4.-5. April 2011, in food as well as 23 – May 24 + 11-12 July 2011 in food a systematic introduction to project management in construction. The methodological tools will be presented, examples of concrete action in detail will be trained.
A structured overview of project management, project structures, communication, groups, leadership and motivation of distributed teams, the structuring of project management organization, expiry, such means, costs, and progress is given on the 1st and 2nd day of the seminar series.
On the 3rd and 4th day of the seminar series, the management of contract and risk management of information as well as the document and report system, quality assurance and software in focus, contract and subsequent management, as well as selected examples of project management round are from the seminar.
The intensive seminar “Project management in construction” enables participants after the 4-tägigen seminar series in the situation, to independently complex projects lead and guide.
